Lamb meat is highly appreciated by those who carefully select their table products and prioritize their health, not just during the holidays. This food, under production conditions, does not undergo long manipulations and can easily lose its quality and nutritional properties. Lamb meat should be consumed as quickly as possible, as it lasts only a few days. That is why we have meticulously selected this product from local farms, ensuring that it reaches your home fresh!
Traditionally, for the Easter holidays, CAP Casa Mare has launched special products:

Roasted lamb leg 500g, frozen in a vacuum bag. Easy to heat and brown in the oven (15-20 minutes at 180°C) or 10 minutes in the microwave.

Authentic marinated lamb, packed in a 2kg vacuum bag. The marinated lamb is removed from the vacuum packaging, placed on a baking tray in the preheated oven, and baked according to instructions: 30 minutes at 220°C, then 1 hour and 15 minutes at 150°C. It's that simple!

Whole refrigerated lamb 6-8 kg, perfect for a larger group of friends and guests.
Lamb meat can be served in various ways, depending on your preferences. Generally, it is served warm, not hot, with a wide variety of side dishes such as rice, couscous, potatoes with new carrots, green beans, fresh vegetable salads, and, of course, creamy sauces. Therefore, for each pre-order containing lamb (roasted, marinated, refrigerated), we will offer a creamy mustard sauce, produced by CAP Casa Mare, as a gift.
We also have a special delicacy: aromatic sous-vide prepared rabbit at 1.5kg (frozen). For the final preparation of this aromatic rabbit, simply brown it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes until a golden crust forms.
A fulfilling novelty is our traditional rolls and sweet bread: poppy seed roll (450g), cherry and chocolate roll (450g), chocolate sweet bread, and raisin sweet bread prepared according to the Italian panettone recipe.
