How to cook: A fresh, chilled lamb carcass is ideal for grilling, roasting in the oven, or cooking on a rotisserie. For maximum flavor, we recommend marinating the meat several hours before cooking with: rosemary, garlic, thyme, olive oil, freshly ground black pepper.
Composition: lamb without head, tail and entrails.
Expiration date: 5 days at T +2 to +4.
Weight: 5 to 7 kg (exact weight and cost will be clarified by the operator on the day of delivery).
