The reception of the products represents the customer's acceptance that the products have arrived in good condition and correspond quantitatively and qualitatively with what was ordered and this is done at the time of signing the documents taken from our representative.
SRL "CAP CASA MARE" reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be honored for reasons independent of SRL "CAP CASA MARE", which include: natural disasters, fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, governmental actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil disturbances or other force majeure impediments according to European law.
The maximum amount of damages that can be paid by SRL "CAP CASA MARE" to any customer in case of non-delivery or improper delivery is the amount collected by SRL "CAP CASA MARE" from the customer.

Delivery:
In Chisinau, delivery is FREE from an order amount of 700 lei!
Orders over 500 are delivered for a fee of 37 lei.
Orders over 300 are delivered for a fee of 55 lei.
Orders up to 299 lei are delivered for a fee of 80 lei.

In the suburbs, the delivery cost for orders over 700 lei is 80 lei!
Delivery cost for orders up to 700 lei is 120 lei!

The minimum order value is 250 lei.

Estimated delivery times:
Delivery is carried out from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00, and on Saturday from 10:00 to 13:00.
Orders placed after 12:00 on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
Delivery of your order is carried out the next day during the time intervals: from 10:00 to 14:00; from 14:00 to 18:00 or from 18:00 to 20:00 from the moment when the order is confirmed by our operators.


5. Return of products
The culinary preparations presented on the website are indicative, and certain characteristics may differ from the images.
SRL "CAP CASA MARE" can publish on its website products/promotions practiced by it within a certain time interval and within the limit of available stock. Thus, SRL "CAP CASA MARE" assumes the right not to honor certain orders, if the respective products are no longer part of the current offer.
In the event that a product ordered by the user/buyer cannot be delivered by SRL "CAP CASA MARE", the latter will inform the customer of this fact and will return the value of the order to the customer's account.
• If the wrong product was received, the money will be returned to the customer within the same period of maximum 15 days.
• The customer will keep the wrong product. As it is about cooked and perishable food products, they cannot be returned

If, after the verification, it is proven that the products do not comply with the requirements mentioned by the customer in the order form, the products are replaced.
The following are exempt from the right of return:
• products prepared according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly customized;
• products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
• sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer;
• products that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other elements;
